Presented by the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, the Castle Rock Sip & Savor, an outdoor wine and bourbon tasting event, will offer more than a dozen wineries and distilleries, and a variety of food choices. This event draws wine and bourbon aficionados for its tastings, fabulous food vendors, and an amazing local band to dance into the night. The Chamber’s Sip & Savor event is where wine and bourbon lovers will have an opportunity to participate in a Grand Tasting in one convenient location Phillip S. Miller Amphitheater.
