We are the JoyFel Partners - a mother / daughter dynamic duo real estate team, representing LIV Sotheby's International Realty in Castle Rock. We are both natives of Colorado. Between the 2 of us, over the years we have lived, learned, and worked up and down a very long stretch of the Front Range. Today we specialize in Douglas County and Arapahoe County. We are both residents of Douglas County (Joyce lives in the Castle Pines Village neighborhood of Castle Rock, and Felicia lives in the Perry Park neighborhood of Larkspur). We love the Town of Castle Rock and prefer to support local businesses and events.
